Please bring with you the following:  (Originals only please)

    •  The cheque
    •  Proof that you are entitled to the cheque (letter or payslip form the company
    •  Picture ID and signature (ideally your Passport or Driving Licence)
    •  Most recent Utility bill i.e. Electric, Gas, Phone, Council, Water or Bank Statement
